KATABASIS, R.F. KUANG

a personal project of a book cover redesign (and illustration) project for R.F. Kuang's work: Katabasis. the story revolves around two grad students going to hell to revive their advisor in order to graduate. i made the choice to highlight the general tone of the book and the overall mindset of our set of protagonists, rather than the academia aspect.
